Our Interview Bootcamp Night (IBN) last night at GridAKL was pure magic — a huge thank-you to our incredible panel speakers (Vic Jack, Sarah, Y, Tong, Rebecca Clarke FRCSA, Lucas Grossi, Stuart Little) who brought the room to life with their insights, honesty, and energy.
I had so many people come up afterward saying how much they learned and how inspired they felt. You could literally feel the confidence growing in the room as everyone realized that great interviews aren’t about perfection — they’re about connection, clarity, and confidence.
And yes — as the first-time MC, I was also sneaking in a few slices of pizza 🍕, just as hungry as everyone else in the room — hungry for help, support, and real answers about how to win their next interview.
