* Website Content: When you trigger the extension, it parses the HTML of the current job listing page to identify form fields (e.g., "First Name") and job details (e.g., "Job Title," "Company").
* Job URLs: We save the URL of job listings you explicitly choose to "Save for Tailored CV."
C. Usage Data
* IP address, browser type, and interaction logs (XP earned, buttons clicked) to improve our AI's performance and ensure platform security.
3. How We Use Your Data

* Auto-Fill Application: To map your Go Bear profile data to job application forms on third-party websites after you clicked 'Auto-fill This Form' button
* AI Tailoring: To help our AI generate customised CVs and cover letters based on saved job descriptions.
* Career Management: To track your quest progress and XP rewards.
* Job Scan: To help you find job opportunities on a weekly basis that suits your profile and preference.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
* Employers: Go Bear do not accept job applications directly or submit them on your behalf. Thus, we will not share your data with any employers as you are required to submit all applications directly on employer career website or job boards.
* Service Providers: We use trusted partners like Google (Gemini AI), Azure (OpenAI), and Brevo (Email) to process data. These partners are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements.
* Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by New Zealand law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Chrome Web Store Compliance
Our Chrome Extension adheres to the Limited Use Policy:
* No Sale of Data: We never sell your data to data brokers or for advertising purposes.
